Project Details 

The goal of the SPELL research project is to initiate measures for danger prevention, emergency aid and care for the population more quickly and in a manner appropriate to the situation in crisis situations (e.g. major incidents, pandemics, natural disasters or widespread power failures). This is to be achieved with the help of artificial intelligence. An essential prerequisite created by SPELL is a comprehensive overview of all relevant information as an overall situation picture and the networking of all parties involved.
